Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Appliance Repair Technician Trainee to join our team at Northeast Appliance Repair LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional installation, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of appliances and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Installation and Repair Services: Install various home appliances and equipment, diagnose and fix appliances on-site accurately, and provide repair/installation cost estimates to customers.
  • Customer Service: Offer excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors, peers, and clients, and handle customer payments in a professional manner.
  • Vehicle and Tool Maintenance: Maintain company vehicle and tools while maximizing material efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including invoices and reports, and assist in other tasks as required, including training in related roles.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Driver's License: Clean Driver's License.
  • Age: Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tablet technology.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally without aid, along with the stamina for physically demanding tasks.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off).

**Physical Requirements:**

While on duty, you may need to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, kneel, or crawl. The ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds is essential.
