Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Caregiver to join our team at Because of Grace Residential Group. This role involves providing essential support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home environment.

Work Schedule

The position offers flexible part-time hours, including:

  • Mornings: Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Nights: Two shifts from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM
  • Evenings: 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in caregiving roles such as direct care worker, companion, home health aide, or similar positions.
  • Background in group home, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or long-term care settings.
  • Skills in managing clients with behavioral challenges are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Caregiver, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring clients maintain proper hygiene and grooming.
  • Assisting with medication management and meal preparation.
  • Supporting clients in attending medical appointments and developing daily living skills.
  • Engaging clients in activities and documenting their progress.
  • Performing additional tasks as required to support operations.
Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Pass a background check.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
Employment Type

This position is available as both full-time and part-time. Overtime is compensated, and direct deposit is offered for payroll.
