Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Waste Management: Empty and clean all waste containers, remove waste paper and garbage from the premises, and damp wipe containers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting any facility issues to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and their employees, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role.
  • Skills: Ability to follow written and oral directions, work independently, and as part of a team.
