Overview

You will lead, recruit, and develop a volunteer team to provide high-quality production support for weekend services, mid-week services, and events. This includes modifying ProPresenter content, lighting design/programming, executing stage designs, and scheduling volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a volunteer team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and clarify media needs
  • Maintain production equipment at campus, adhering to schedules and processes established by Central Production Support
  • Train new volunteers in Planning Center Online and ROCK (church database)
  • Operate media equipment and provide production support for various events and services

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of live production experience (paid or volunteer) preferred
  • Working proficiency in presentation software (ProPresenter, Keynote, etc.)
  • Lighting programming skills a plus, with a willingness to learn systems (GrandMA familiarity a plus)
  • Familiarity with Audio Mixing, audio System setup, and troubleshooting skills a plus (Behringer X32 and DigiCo experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Video system knowledge (Projection, playback, setup, etc.) skills a plus
  • Team player with the ability to do whatever is needed to accomplish the task and ensure a smooth operation
  • Proven experience meeting multiple rapid deadlines
