Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care as a first assist in hospital procedures, with a focus on laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
• Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to Epic EMR standards.
• Ensure timely and efficient credentialing process, with a goal of completing within 60-90 days.
• Possess a strong understanding of WA state licensure requirements and IMLC regulations.
Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted WA state license or IMLC certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Surgery as a Physician Assistant.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Ability to provide full-time coverage, with no deviations from the requested schedule.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
