About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Mechanic to join our team at Brown & Root Industrial Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut insulation to specified size using electric band saws and abrasive wheels.
  • Adhere insulation material to proper size and angles using adhesive prior to cutting.
  • Load finished insulation pieces in boxes to be sent to order site.
  • Retrieve necessary supplies from warehouse using forklift to transport.
  • Check operational condition of equipment prior to use and performing regular maintenance as needed.
  • Clean area after cutting and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements

  • Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
