Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service basic wired and wireless security systems, as well as hybrid systems.
  • Collaborate with our operations manager and outside sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and repair existing security system problems, malfunctions, and false alarms.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to review service or installation jobs, answer questions, and provide training on system functions and operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home products and technologies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass regular background checks and MVR checks.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
  • 3+ years of experience in security system installation and programming.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
