Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LPN to provide home health care services to our patients. As an LPN with MGA Homecare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be able to utilize your skills and experience to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
  • Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Qualifications

  • Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
  • Attention to Detail
  • Time Management Skills
  • Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
  • Good Organization and Effective Communication
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
  • Home Health Experience (preferred)
