This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver wound and ostomy care
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with wounds and ostomies
Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound and ostomy care and management
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York
Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing required
Minimum of four years' experience in nursing
Teaching experience is desirable
Wound Ostomy Nurse or Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Certification is preferred
