Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings to patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
- Conduct dental patient screenings and medical history documentation to identify potential health risks.
- Use advanced technology, including Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, and digital x-rays, to diagnose and treat dental conditions.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene procedures and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
- Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and dental patient screening.
- Experience using advanced dental technology and electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
