Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our Oncology Float Pool team at Mass General Brigham. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Support RNs with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs
- Respond to patient and family needs, taking a proactive approach to unit operations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or commensurate experience required
- Bi-lingual skills preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
