Position Overview:

As a Loader at Kelly Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Product Movement: Efficiently transport finished goods from the loading dock to trailers utilizing either a sit-down or stand-up forklift.
  • Manual Loading: Engage in the manual loading of heavy products to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Repack and Floor Pick: Combine repack activities with floor picking to optimize workflow.
  • Pallet Loading: Load all pallets in accordance with stop number sequence for streamlined delivery.
  • Pallet Preparation: Stretch wrap all pallets prior to loading to maintain product integrity.
  • Load Mapping: Complete required load maps for each route to ensure accuracy in deliveries.
