About the Role
This Virtual Texas School Psychologist position offers a flexible, remote opportunity to work with k-12 students via live videoconferencing on a HIPPA/FERPA compliant platform. As a certified independent contractor, you will have opportunities to work on a full-year or short-term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and observations with an onsite facilitator present.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with varying needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents as required by school or applicable regulations.
- Provide timely documentation for IEPs, evaluation reports, and progress reports.
- Manage caseloads, scheduling, and communication with parents and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in School or Educational Psychology.
- Licensed in Texas.
- Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
- Experience with IEP development and implementation.
- Effective communication skills.
