Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist with VitalCaring Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing clinical assessments to identify patient needs and determine level of functioning

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience working in home health or a related setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
