This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

We are looking for a talented and results-driven individual to fill the role of Club Director at Club4 Fitness. As a key leader on our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of fitness professionals, focusing on employee development, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase membership retention.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and other departments to achieve business objectives and support the company's overall vision.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in fitness management, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere.
  • Advanced degree or higher in a related field (e.g., exercise science, business administration) preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on employee development and retention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
