About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team at Koch Industries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing technicians to perform repairs and troubleshoot complex machinery, including injection molding machines, robots, and downstream automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and strategically manage the Maintenance department and all maintenance-related activities
  • Develop and implement project management practices to ensure equipment is always in a dependable state of readiness
  • Manage the design and build of automation systems to meet the demand of new and existing product lines
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead project teams to successfully meet project objectives
  • Diagnose equipment problems, determine repair/replacement needs of machinery, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
  • Experience leading and managing a Maintenance/Reliability department
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience maintaining hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial-level electrical/PLC systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an automotive environment
  • Automation experience
  • Experience with plastic injection molding equipment
  • Experience with injection and robot painting
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering
