About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Store Associate to join our team at the Tanger Outlet Center Columbus location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal productivity and contribute to meeting store sales goals

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a proven track record of increasing sales, and exceptional communication skills. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury or designer apparel, is preferred. Night and weekend availability is also a plus.
