Our school district in Skiatook, Oklahoma is seeking a skilled Communications Therapist to provide therapy services to students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve students' articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the students' academic curriculum and daily routines.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- CCC preferred, but will consider CF or SLPA candidates.
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapy techniques.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
