Bakery Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Bakery Associate, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily, following recipes and production schedules, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

• Prepare and package bakery items according to recipes and production schedules
• Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and wrappers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
