* Install, repair, and maintain roofs on commercial and residential properties
* Work on flat and pitched roofs
* Remove old roofing materials
* Install new roofing materials
* Repair roofing damages
* Install insulation and membrane
* Work with various roofing materials, including bitumen, TPO, EPD, PVC, metal, asphalt, single ply, and EPDM
* Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials
* Requirements:

* Basic tools for the trade
* Proper PPE must be worn
* OSHA 10 certification
