Key Responsibilities- Administer moderate to high acuity care to patients undergoing procedural sedation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and recovery.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on post-procedure care and recovery.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience with stress testing and monitoring is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
