Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ACG Texas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.

• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve high standards of performance, provide guidance and training, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints and concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
• Financial Management: Manage cash handling, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

• Education and Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of employees.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
