Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a member of our maintenance crew, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including preventive maintenance and diagnostic work.
  2. Work unsupervised on most tasks and interact with customers/drivers to properly determine the nature of complaints.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports using the Shop Management System.
  4. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Three or more years of relevant work experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines.
  • Certifications: Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A, vocational or technical certification, or post-secondary degree preferred.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $30.15 per hour.
  • Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $4000.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits available.
