Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Home Health Care Assistants to join our team for part-time (every other weekend) and/or PRN positions. You will provide daily care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and families to provide personalized care
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Medication Aide and CPR certification, preferred but not required
