Salary

The salary for this position is approximately $115,000 in the first year, including bonuses, with opportunities for further growth based on experience, skills, and performance.

Job Description

This Clinical Director - Autism Specialist role involves leading by example and being a pillar of support for Behavior Technicians. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing innovative ABA programs
  • Evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential
  • Leading by example and inspiring Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support
  • Embracing challenges with grace and adapting to change with flexibility

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active LBA Certification in the state of Texas as issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
