The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Surgical Stepdown Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
  • Note and carry out physician orders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date.
  • Active RN licensure in the state of Illinois.
