Job Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care as an RN in post-acute care facilities
- Keep track of care options and outcomes with other medical staff
- Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans
- Properly set up and monitor medical equipment
- Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
- Draw bodily fluids for lab evaluation
- Review best care options with residents and family members
- Maintain staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Oversee accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
- Provide training and supervision of nurses and support staff
- Assist with incident investigations
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diploma from an approved nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of experience (RN or related role)
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
