- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that the Bank's policies and procedures remain effective and compliant.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in residential mortgage or commercial real estate underwriting, loan documentation, appraisal review, due diligence, and cash flow analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
