Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Technology team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the West Michigan territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, leverage each other's expertise, and drive sales growth
  • Provide technical information and product recommendations to customers, ensuring they select the right equipment and services to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, quotes, and contracts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated sales experience and/or related product knowledge
  • High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and positive attitude
  • Ability to cold call and prospect for business, with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with external and internal customers
  • Exercises good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
