We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Financial Needs Assessment: Assess customers' financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Product and Service Offerings: Identify opportunities to offer a full range of Wells Fargo retail banking deposit and credit products and services to customers.
- Account Management: Open and service accounts within authorized limits, create plans for follow-up and scheduled contacts with customers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Provide information to internal partners and external sources to further enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Assessment and Meeting Customer Needs: 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution, demonstrated through work or military experience.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
- FINRA Registration: Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
- State Insurance License: State Insurance license(s) are required for this role and must be completed within a specified period.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge and understanding of book of business processes to actively manage a group of Wells Fargo customers to meet their needs and grow the business.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Competitive Compensation: Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
