We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Beaumont Behavioral Hospital, a 144-bed behavioral health facility that provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population.

This role functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients ranging in ages from preschool through geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of related experience with knowledge of psychiatric patient care and understanding of mental illness.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and be responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. This includes ensuring accurate documentation, communicating effectively with colleagues and management, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
