Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute technical tasks across various trades, including plumbing, electrical work, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and cabinetry finishing.
  • Install fixtures such as windows, roofing materials, flooring, trim, tiles, and hardware.
  • Perform framing duties utilizing wood, metal, drywall, and other materials.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including drills, saws, nail guns, and more.
  • Engage in physical labor as required for project completion.
  • Travel to multiple job sites to fulfill project requirements.
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment to minimize hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Organize materials and assist in loading and unloading supplies.
  • Support colleagues on construction and preconstruction tasks.
  • Interpret instructions, specifications, and plans to guide work activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in key trades such as plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and cabinetry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of necessary tools for job execution.
  • Dependable team player with effective communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on results.
