Job Summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system that prioritizes patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with endocrine disorders, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians.
  • Participate in Healthcare Team: Promote effective communication among team members, act as a resource for colleagues, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including education, case management, and consultation.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a practicing provider in Endocrinology, Primary Care, or other specialties.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse, Certified Nurse Practitioner, ACLS-BLS Tier 2, and Drug Enforcement Administration certification.
Physical Demands
  • Medium Work: Lifting up to 32 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently.
