Senior Occupational Therapist Position in Richmond, Virginia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch occupational therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation.
About the Role- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique goals and objectives.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and interventions, in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist/OT or actively pursuing licensure.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
