CNC Machinist

• Operate and adjust CNC machines to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations.
• Deburr parts, perform quality checks, and document results per the control plan.
• Replace tooling as necessary and perform general machine maintenance.
• Train others and demonstrate persistence and dedication in achieving goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years CNC Machinist experience.
• Routinely perform set-ups, including complex set-ups, and make offsets/work coordinates as needed.
• Intermediate math skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
• Proficient reading, writing, oral communication, and comprehension in English language.

• CNC Machine Technology or related certification is preferred.
• Mastercam Certificate.

Chandler Industries operates five divisions, including four in Minnesota and one in Chihuahua, Mexico. We offer a sign-on bonus of $3000 and opportunities on 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:20 p.m. - 2:50 a.m. ($5.00/hour shift differential).
