Job Summary

Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska (CAPWN) is hiring a Residential Program Facilitator to oversee the daily operations of our residential program, ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for youth.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities, supervise staff, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each youth.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality care.
