Malace HR is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our automotive facility.

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, drinking faucets, and breakrooms.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance activities, including mixing cleaning solutions and chemicals, and following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery.
• Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and notify managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Equipment Operation: Operate scrubbers and industrial vacuum equipment as needed.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in janitorial, custodian, hotel, and hospital cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand/walk the majority of the work day and frequently lift items.
• Safety Procedures: Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
