We are seeking an experienced C/zOS Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of our agent software, improving its solution and working closely with the Universal Agent development team.

This position offers a competitive salary: $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as a workforce fitness program, excellent health insurance, 401k matching, and generous time off policy.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle, including planning, design, implementation, unit testing, acceptance testing, and documentation.
  • Generate technical specifications to create or redesign software components.
  • Configure and maintain software and scripts needed to support development activities, including builds and unit testing.
  • Create and maintain user-facing documentation to capture and explain application features, configuration options, and behavior.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid programming skills, including unit testing, data structures, complexity analysis, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
  • At least 5 years of C/C++ experience, with expertise in legacy systems, including z/OS, IBM iSeries, and others.

Additionally, you should be familiar with project management tools like VersionOne, Jira, or Redmine, and have experience with Git or Subversion.
