Dietary Cook

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, ensuring that they receive high-quality nutrition and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitoring food handling, preparation, and meal service.
• Ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred.
• One year of experience as a cook in a large-scale cooking operation highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional image.
