ResponsibilitiesTraining and Continuing Education
  • Learn and follow all Deka Lash protocols and procedures for eyelash extensions
  • Complete Deka Lash training to become certified in all services
  • Stay up-to-date on eyelash extension theory and best practices
  • Participate in continuing education programs
Provide Premier Beauty Services
  • Ensure clients receive a great customer experience
  • Build client relationships and your book
  • Conduct thorough consultations with your clients
  • Educate clients on how to best care for their extensions at home
  • Educate clients on all Deka Lash services
  • Recommend products to ensure lash retention
  • Convert clients to members
General Responsibilities
  • Participate in staff meetings
  • Utilize the Point of Sale System in-studio
  • Follow all sanitation protocols and standards
  • Ensure the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
  • Attend all monthly meetings whether in person or by phone
  • Perform additional duties, as required
Qualifications
  • Exhibits Deka Lash Core Values: Passion, Accountability, and Work Ethic
  • A Cosmetology or Esthetician license
  • Passionate about the beauty industry
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work with others
  • Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
  • Previous experience accepted, but no experience required
