INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Baptist Neurology is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinic RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and INTEGRIS Health policies.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- BLS and/or ACLS certification as required by department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Registered Nurse experience preferred.
