Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Sales Associate to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack and stock produce department with new merchandise, ensuring that all products are in saleable condition and properly priced.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in building attractive displays and maintaining the overall appearance of the produce department.
• Accurately complete product logs and handle spoiled and damaged product according to company policy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the department and store.

Requirements
