The FISA Analyst plays a crucial role within the Finance Division, collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals. This position supports the finance management team in various areas, including financial reporting, analysis, productivity assessment, long-term financial planning, and budgeting processes. The analyst will provide guidance and technical support to CHI Health management in executing strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

FISA Analyst

Location: CHI Health McAuley Center

Note: This position is not remote.

  1. Deliver analytical support and leverage financial expertise to assist with diverse financial and clinical projects as directed by management.
  2. Ensure effective reporting structures are maintained across all financial systems, including account, department, charge code, and job code mappings.
  3. Assist in the precise compilation of cost accounting data, encompassing RVU definitions, cost assignment methodologies, and charge master research.
  4. Maintain comprehensive system-wide statistics and collaborate closely with operations to ensure standards are up-to-date and automated.
  5. Guarantee accurate monthly reconciliation of costs and revenues with the general ledger, budget, and productivity systems to ensure data integrity.
  6. Support system-wide strategies and operational planning initiatives.
  7. Engage in additional responsibilities and projects as needed, including ad-hoc reports, feasibility studies, trend analyses, and special assignments.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $36.52 per hour.
