Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, including reviewing documentation and inspecting packages for damage or discrepancies.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, including performing cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the shipping and receiving department.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow established procedures.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to lift and move heavy packages, as well as work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
