Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at American 1 Credit Union. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve member engagement, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to execute the credit union's short- and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage branch expenses, optimize staffing, and minimize turnover.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, local businesses, and schools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies.
