Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Develop real relationships with the individuals you serve and help them achieve their goals
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
