Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in Alliance, Nebraska. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
  • One to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a Critical Access Hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
