Upholstery Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Upholstery Technician to join our team. As an Upholstery Technician, you will be responsible for learning and performing frame assembly and upholstery for furniture products, as well as creating highly engineered subcomponents built of foam for aerospace upholstery products.

• Improve processes and yourself each day through continuous learning and improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete products and achieve high-quality standards.
• Operate various types of saws, including band saws, table saws, and panel saws.
• Utilize pneumatic fasteners, such as staple guns and spring clip guns, to assemble finished frames.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Adhere materials to finished frames, including textiles and foam.
• Inspect final products for defects prior to shipment.
