Job Summary:

The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring safety and productivity standards for group exercise programs at OhioHealth Employer Solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach group exercise classes, including cycling, to diverse populations.
  • Develop and implement engaging exercise programs that meet the needs of participants.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to participant needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive exercise environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote program participation and retention.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization, such as ACE, ACSM, or AFAA.
  • Experience teaching group exercise classes, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate various class times.
