About the Job

We are seeking Class A drivers, including recent graduates who need training, to join our team at the American Driver Recruitment Agency.

As an OTR driver, you will run regionally and be home every other week for 34/48 hours. You will take home a weekly salary of $1,500, with pay based on experience ranging from $0.43 to $0.61 cpm.

Our drivers cover approximately 1,800 miles per week and enjoy 100% no-touch freight with mostly drop-and-hook opportunities. Experienced drivers can have a rider and pet from day one.

Benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, and PTO. We also offer paid orientation and travel/hotel expenses.

Recent Graduates:

Trainees must have a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 120 hours of driving experience in trucking school. They must be willing to run OTR for the training period and are paid $650 per week. The training duration is 4-6 weeks.

Requirements:

6 months of verifiable experience
Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL
No DOT preventable accidents
No major accidents
ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification
No more than 2 preventable incidents
Cannot have been terminated from the last job due to safety concerns
NO DUI in the last 5 years in a commercial vehicle
Never have failed a DOT or refused a drug/alcohol test

Salary: $85,000.00 per year
